Who is responsible for your information
Wholesale Fruit Centre (Bristol) Limited (company no. 00815660), Administration Building, Albert Crescent, St Philips Marsh, Bristol BS2 0YQ, is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us at [email protected] or on 0117 977 1655.
What we collect and why
- Booking details – your name, email address, mobile number, vehicle registration, dates booked and payment status. We use these to take and manage your booking, let you into the car park, send your confirmation and deal with queries. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
- Payment – online card payments are processed by SumUp. We never see or store your full card details. SumUp gives us the payment outcome and a transaction reference.
- CCTV – images recorded at the car park for safety, security and the prevention and detection of crime. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the site, its users and their vehicles safe.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions: SumUp (card payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and booking database), Resend (booking confirmation emails) and Zoho (our email inbox). We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. We may share information where required by law, for example with the police.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Booking details are kept for 12 months after your booking and then deleted.
- CCTV footage is kept for 7 days and then automatically overwritten, unless it is needed to investigate an incident or has been requested by the police, in which case it is kept until that matter is resolved.
- Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires (normally six years).
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability, in each case subject to the conditions in UK data protection law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.
