Parking terms

1. Who we are

The car park is operated by Wholesale Fruit Centre (Bristol) Limited, registered in England & Wales No. 00815660, VAT No. GB 138 4968 27, Administration Building, Albert Crescent, St Philips Marsh, Bristol BS2 0YQ ("we", "us"). Contact the gatehouse 24 hours a day on 0117 977 1655, or email [email protected].

2. Opening hours

The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except over Christmas, when it closes at 16:00 on 24 December and reopens at 10:00 on 26 December. Vehicles must be removed before the Christmas closure. Christmas Day cannot be booked.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the standard rate. You can book and pay online by card, or pay at the gatehouse on arrival by cash, Visa or Mastercard (debit or credit). We do not accept American Express. Online card payments are processed securely by SumUp.

4. Your booking

An online booking is confirmed only when payment has been verified and we have shown or sent you a booking reference. Each booking covers one vehicle, identified by the registration you give us, for the period booked. Please make sure your registration and dates are correct; contact us as soon as possible if anything needs changing.

6. Cancellations and refunds

To cancel, email [email protected] with your booking reference. If we receive your cancellation at least 24 hours before your booking starts, we will give you a full refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start are non-refundable.

Refunds are made to the card you paid with. If we have to cancel your booking (for example because the car park is unexpectedly unavailable), we will refund you in full.

7. Liability

Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner's own risk. We do not accept liability for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents except where caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
